Abstract

The post-industrial modernization of agriculture opens up great opportunities for increasing the productivity of agribusiness and sustainable agriculture in the territories of the Russian Far East and Heilongjiang Province (PRC). For effective coordination of scientific research at the interstate level and modernization of the infrastructure of specific agribusiness enterprises, it is necessary to create a special-zed territorial coordination center of competence. The task of this center will be to adapt recommendations based on scientific research to the specifics and characteristics of a given agricultural region and the existing level of infrastructure development of a particular farms or agro-enterprises. The implementation of the grant program as part of the creation of an interstate consulting competence center for the development of
the Far Eastern territories of Russia and China will effectively organize international scientific research to ensure systemic post-industrial modernization of agriculture, ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of both agriculture and territories in general.
